the most stressful day of my life

i guess it was magical and beautiful and all that jazz too

but stressful for sure.

Which brings me to wedding story number dos.

Before we got married we ran around trying to get everything ready.
It seemed as if there was one disaster after the other.
And of course we were taking our frustrations out on each other.

Because as everyone in a relationship knows that you can snap at your significant other and they'll always forgive, or hopefully.


And that's what we did.

We yelled and argued over everything the morning before the wedding.
It was ridiculous, embarrassing, and so not like us.


But I was just trying to get a million things done and my B was too,
and then Brian raised his voice.
If you know Brian you know this is way out of his character.
He's not one to yell ever, I can actually count how many times he has yelled.

During the middle of one of the million mini arguments we had before the wedding,
Brian yelled at me. ME! I can literally say it had never happened before.
he said "YOU DON'T TALK TO ME!"
which is now used as a punch line


After that we got over everything and everything just seemed to fall into place.
The wedding went perfectly.
The pre-wedding is now just a funny story.

I don't do camping.
I have, and well it never went so well.
I don't even like staying at cabins.
There's something about bugs and skunks that freak me out!
I just won't do it anymore.
Its not my thing, and I'm okay with that.

However,
I did enjoy my box wine, when I spent the afternoon with the funnest people in Payson.

which is a small town outside the city filled with wilderness

I love spending time with people you don't have to try.
Try to make conversation.
Try to not have awkward silences.
Its so annoying. I love easy friends.
I also love Brianna's family
Sometimes I get family envy, Bri has the best family!

Savanna (bri's cousin), Brianna, and Aunt Kathyher future mother and father in law (owner's of the cabin we were at)

Know what else I love that Kathy brought hummus to eat around the fire!

Me and Savanna were more than happy with this!

And then Brianna caught her shoe on fire and we all laughed.

she's also caught her hair fire before...

After the sun went down me and Brian took off to back to the city.

Back in the day the three of us used to spend lots of time together.
my Brian would cook dinner and we'd have Brianna over.
we'd drink wine, talk, watch movies.

it was all really fun.

But once Brian and I moved and got real jobs
I hardly ever got Brian and Brianna together.

But monday, I spent the entire day with my husband and best friend
it was amazing and just what i needed after a crappy morning.

here in my town we have the cutest little place called: The Olive Mill

where the food is fresh and the wine never ends

speaking of wine

the place is filled with racks and racks of wine

they also have the cutest shirts

which of course Brianna gravitated to like a moth to a flame

but the food was the best part of course

they both had sausage sandwiches and I had spinach salad

no meat for veggie lovin' heart

and of course we couldn't leave without Gelato.

is apparently hosting a pimple party.
and it is killing my poor little chinny chin chin!

So i felt that this was time to remind myself, I can look pretty sometimes!
Especially in white dress and a huge yellow flower!
My wedding dress, and wedding story number uno, was the biggest headache ever!


First of all, this was my second wedding dress.
I found this dressat a thrift store for a dollar and was convinced it was meant to be,
I mean when does that ever happen...but after months of evaluating it
I decide it was so-meant to be, a month before the wedding I found my dress.

Think it ends there...it doesn't.
Two days before my wedding, I wake up in California, where the wedding was.
To find 2 huge black stains on my white satin wedding dress!!!
No one knew where they come from...and I literally felt like I was going to faint.

Luckily most of it was able to come off, and everyone kept telling me to look at it the day of the wedding to see if it was okay, but I sure didn't because I knew I'd be able to tell and it'd just ruin the day instead I didn't allow my eyes to go anywhere near the stain.

Now I must go, to try to kick all these pimples out of the party a.k.a. my face!

first post in over month!

but i'm back,
with a tan, tons of gifts, and oh yes a husband!

but before i can show you all my wedding pictures let me show you my crazy bachelorette party which took place a week before the wedding...now i must warn you these pictures are PG13!ha.

My bestfriend/maid of honor took charge on making my night unforgettable

the night consisted of:

1.) Dinner at a hip sushi bar in Scottsdale packed with the finest cougars! yup!

(crappy picture quality i apologize)

2.) Lots and lots of drinks....

(thankfully they all didnt have broccoli)

3.) and of course my crown as we went out on the town

(it rained like crazy and it still didnt stop us)

The night was truly amazing.

Quick Update for my busy A**

I haven't blogged in forever,
why...well
let's start here

After the bridal shower a few crazier girls brought us here

(we paid, 2 girls went in ran out screaming we got our money back )

Fast forward a bit to my 21st birthday
unlike most I do not like my birthday...I get depressed because I'm old.

(after my dont wanna do anything attitude i had a makeshift party where my mom did one shot with me, if by shot you mean pretend to drink and dump it in the sink!)

Oh and of course we've had a few California trips, WEDDING in 4days!

(my B's grandparents the sweetest couple and the best inspiration around)

Also, my cousin and I, who work for the same company had our 5year anniversary dinner

(oh just chillin at the Wrigley's mansion open bar and everything)


Needless to say its been a busybusy summer,
and in 4days BRUZ will be married.

(yup i speak in third person its the cool thing to do)

after this weekend we'll be done with weddings
for the most part
because AUSTIN and BROGAN are both getting married next year

All four of them are very important to us,
the "STIN" in AUSTIN is the best man, in our wedding,
and the "BR" in BROGAN is my maid of honor.

So we won't be completely wedding free but hey at least it won't be ours anymore.

everyone was much fun and we had a blast playing not so traditional games
like this....

the middle one won.
she worked it better, and you know its all about being fierce!but my favorite part of the shower...PRESENTS!!
did anyone really expect anything else.
